Ms Thabsile Ntshalintshali qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in June 2004. She gained fellowship membership to ACCA in November 2009. Thabsile has over 10 years experience in external audits of Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs). She also boasts of extensive audit experience in donor funded projects, particularly for the African Development Foundation, where she has successfully carried out audits in Swaziland and Zambia over the last four years.

 

Her ability to understand the business environment coupled with her sound financial and accounting background has enabled her to specialise in conducting statutory audits for companies. She also has in depth knowledge of SMMEs in the country as a whole.

 

Thabsile was admitted to partnership with Martin Allison & Co. in January 2006, after passing her conversion examination and became the first Swazi citizen and female to be in public practise in Swaziland. Therefore in due recognition of her noble contribution to the cause of the profession, she was elected as a member in public practise with the Council of the Swaziland Institute of Accountants (SIA) in July 2007, where she still serves as a council member to date. Thabsile is a Managing Partner of the firm and in that capacity looks after the entire range of practise relating to our professional services.

Founding Partner

Martin is a British subject who has worked with Deloitte Haskins and Sells in Southampton, England and in Lusaka, Zambia, Fisher Hoffman PKF in Johannesburg, South Africa and Manzini, Swaziland. In 1993, he formed his private practise, Martin Allison & Co. Chartered Accountants (Swaziland) and stayed on as a Managing partner until March 2009, when he retired from practise. He has an experience of more than 35 years in almost every facet of the accounting profession. Mr Martin Allison is the founder, ex partner and full time consultant for the firm.

 

He is well versed with Swaziland tax laws and was once engaged in moderating conversion examinations for the country. He boasts of relevant experience particularly coordinating services to local subsidiaries involving liaison with internal auditors of the following;

 

He also possesses specialist training and experience in USA Auditing Standards and reporting requirements, Swaziland tax laws, practise management and supervision that he gained generally as a partner in international firms and his own firm in Swaziland. He has served on many boards in Swaziland, including but not limited to;
