Background
Allison, Ntshalintshali & Co. Chartered Accountants (Swaziland) formerly Martin Allison & Co. is a locally based firm of certified chartered accountants and registered accountants situated in office 112, First Floor, Liqhaga Building, Nkoseluhlaza Street, Manzini, Swaziland.
The firm, originally named Martin Allison & Co. Chartered Accountants (Swaziland) was established in April 1993, with its founder and sole partner, Martin Allison FCA, CA(SA) and CA(SD). He brought with him over 35 years of audit practice experience. He has extensive experience in particular with owner managed businesses, income tax planning and the audit of donor funded projects.
The firm is now a one-partner firm and provides a wide range of professional, consulting and business advisory services to clients in diverse industries. Our firm has a commitment to excellence in client service. We build long-term trusting relationships with our clients.
We therefore take pride in partnering up with our clients and effectively assuming their problems and challenges as our own. As a result, we are readily available at all times to provide timely service.

Our mission is to assist our clients grow and develop their businesses by offering the products traditionally associated with chartered accountants, audit, taxation, secretarial, consulting and advisory services in a manner designed to support and complement the entrepreneurial skills and initiatives to our clients.
Ultimately, our goal is to succeed by helping our clients succeed in their businesses.
We assist companies in corporate reorganizations when the business partners are entering or exiting a company. We also assist in the negotiation of business sales and acquisitions. In this case we assist companies to set up corporate structures which will optimise tax advantages.
The firm is accredited with the Swaziland Institute of Accountants (SIA), which is the governing body for professional accountants and takes responsibility of the affairs of the accounting profession.



Our budgeted time depends on the nature and intensiveness of the work. We normally budget for planning, carrying out work, drafting, finalizing reports and discussing them with those charged with governance.
