The FirmMartin Allison commenced in practice as a sole practitioner in 1993 in Manzini, Swaziland, operating under the name Martin Allison & Co. having previously practised with a well known International Firm of Chartered Accountants in Zambia, the United Kingdom and South Africa. The firm currently employs five professional staff, three of whom are Graduates from the University of Swaziland. Our Staff are encouraged to obtain Professional Accounting and Consulting Qualifications for which the firm provides substantial finantial support.

AuditWe are registered as a firm of auditors with the Swaziland Institute of Accountants and we are accordingly authorised to audit the accounts of companies incorporated under the laws of Swaziland. Our founding partner, Mr Allison is a member of the United Kingdom, South African and Swaziland Insitutes of Chartered Accountants. Audit clients of the firm comprise in the main proprietorial companies engaged in a variety of commercial activities in Swaziland to whom the firm provides a broad range of services. Our audit work is conducted in accordance with International Auditing Standards and local reporting requirements.

SecretarialWe deal with all submissions to the Registrar of companies in Swaziland on behalf of corporate clients. In conjunction with local attorneys we attend to the necessary formalities of company formation, and attend to all statutory requirements in connection with the administration of companies. |
